RIA School of Real Estate is an Approved Course Provider (ACP) appointed by the Council for Estate Agencies. Its training modules are aligned with the objective of the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) to prepare the estate agents and salespersons to meet the higher standards of the enhanced licensing and new registration framework. Upon completion, a participant will be able to demonstrate competence in various topics covered; possess knowledge of the real estate industry framework in Singapore; conduct themselves professionally; understand their role as an agent and their ethical obligations; equip themselves with selling skills and knowledge; provide their clients and the public with accurate real estate information; promote realistic expectations regarding estate agency services.
